    • Burning incense helped me to unwind recently.
      I got incense holder for 2000yen in Loft. I burn the incense stick on my days off.And my favorite smell is a sandalwood fragrance. The smell is nice and the smell lingers after burning.

  • My younger daughter lives in Osaka . She has two boys.I’m looking forward to my daughter sending messages and pictures everyday .Looking at their photos makes me happy. Some times they make me laugh a lot.
    It’s very hard to take care of two boys but they are in the photos are very cute.

  • I went hiking to the Minoo waterfall. I like to do sports like going for a walk near my house, swimming in the gym, and playing basketball, badminton, and soccer with my foreign friends in church. I exercise everyday regularly for 30 minutes. Doing light exercises will bring the parasympathetic nerve gain an advantage over sympathetic nerve. Whenever I don’t do exercise or sports, I can’t fall asleep well. Especially when I go for a walk in nature, I feel much more comfortable. I love the sound of a murmuring river, bright sunshine, clear blue sky, and thick green. Nothing beats relaxing in nature when I’m tired.
