I go to church every Sunday in Osaka by train.My toughest thing today was walking to Shin Itami station. It was only 4minutes.but walking in such a hot weather was very hard for me. I put on my hut,hold my big umbrella and had a bottle of water. I hope autumn will come soon.

I had really bad muscle pains because I went swimming for the first time in a year at public sports facilities. I swam crawl, breakstroke and walking in the water there for an hour. And then mascle pains got my whole body. At night, I took a bath and stretched but I couldn’t sleep to pain so I applied a compress and drank painkiller.
That’s too bad.
I went to buy a ticket at Osaka station this morning, because I’m going to Tsuruga for work on Tuesday. And, I went to buy a birthday present for my son.
