My husband and I got back from cruise ship trip from The U. S.last Thursday. We had a lot of fun.but some times we got in trouble.when we want to make a reservation to apply for an optional tour and a restaurant we needed to use our phone.
We were not very good at using our phone. Every time we made a reservation we asked our tour manager. She was very kind and helpful. She showed us how to make a reservation. I t was easy but we were not used to doing that. Every day I said “thank you “to our tour manager.

I received a lot of presents for my birthday, so I said ‘thank you’ with all my heart.

I don’t remember I said “Thank you” recently. I don’t say so many “Thank you” in the first place. I usually tend to say “Good job!” or “Awesome!” instead of words of appreciation. These words make people delighted but I also think appreciation is important, so I’ll try to say thank you more.

I took a trip to Kyoto recently. I thanked the station staff at some stations, because their attitudes were so soft and kind to answer my questions about transfers. They must used to deal with tourists, but it doesn’t make them half-hearted. Great.
