I relieve my stress by go for a drive and see the mountain scenery!
Nature has a way of healing.
I relive my stress to wallk at large parks.
Large parks are nice because offer nature which can be good for relieving stress.
Please let me know how to get rid of stress. I sometimes get angry and worry about small things. I think that only time heals all wounds. May be only taking with someone is a good way to forget something unhappy for you.
I recommend exercise to get rid of stress. 🙂

There are a wide range of people around the world who can understand English. So , if you can understand English, you can touch a variety of way of thinking. Japan is a conformed society. Sometimes I feel stressed for that. But, English teaches me that there are a lot of people who have different ideas. And that always awake my confidence.

Basically,I`m not stressed.Bacause I`m optimistic.
However when I feel stressed ,I go sightseeing or shopping and eat something delicious with Japanese Sake.
I play the piano to relieve my stress. But even when doing that, I sometimes remember origins of my stress and I can’t concentrate to play the piano. In such cases, I quit it soon and just sleep. By passing one night, I can forget almost of them.
So sleep seems to be the best way to relieve your stress. 🙂
