スミス英会話で楽しく働ける理由

Hi, it's Derek from Smith's School of English Tsukaguchi. In the post Smith's Curriculum Evolution, I mentioned how I liked having the freedom to decide what to teach in my English conversation lessons in Tsukaguchi, Amagasaki. Today, I'm going to talk about other things that I like about Smith's School of English. Let's get started! 

Control Over My Teaching Schedule 

One of the best things about teaching English at Smith's School of English Tsukaguchi is the control that I have over my teaching schedule. While Smith's Head Office has some schedule-setting requirements that I have to abide with, I have a lot of freedom to decide my available hours to teach at my English school. For example, I can shut it down when there are no students booked in. This allows me to do other things during that time. That is really nice. This is unlike some other English schools which require English teachers to stay at the school all day even when no students are booked in. 

Being My Own Boss 

I am a Smith's School of English franchise owner in Japan. This means I am my own boss at Smith's School of English Tsukaguchi. I do have to abide with some Smith's franchise rules. However, I decide the vast majority of things at my English school in Tsukaguchi. I love that. 

Collaborating with the Smith's Franchise Group 

While I like being my own boss, I also like collaborating with other Smith's English school franchise owners on new projects that benefit all of our Smith's English schools. Also, the group is there if I need advice on anything. Those are some benefits of being part of the Smith’s School of English franchise group in Japan.  

Smith's Head Office Support  

really like having the Smith's Head Office team which takes all sales calls and books free trial lessons for Smith's School of English Tsukaguchi. That lets me focus on teaching English. Also, the Smith's head office staff can speak English which makes it easy to communicate with them. If any problem comes up, we can solve it smoothly thanks to them being able to speak English.  

Smith's Is Great! 

As you can see, Smith's School of English Tsukaguchi is a great place to work. Thanks to having control over my teaching schedule, collaborating with other Smith's franchise owners and Smith's Head Office's support, I can have a nice life here in Japan. Thank you, Smith's Head Office! (^.^)

スミス英会話塚口校で英会話講師をする上で素晴らしいことのひとつは、塚口校のレッスンスケジュールを決められることです。スミス英会話本部から求められる決まりはありますが、私は英会話レッスンのスケジュールを決める決定権を持っています。例えば、どの生徒様も予約をされなかった時間帯のレッスンを閉めることができます。これによって私はこの時間に他のことができるのでとても良いです。生徒様の予約が入っていなくても学校に滞在しているように求められる他の英会話スクールとは異なります。

自分が責任者

私はスミス英会話塚口校のオーナーでもあります。そのため自分自身が塚口校の責任者です。スミス英会話フランチャイズとしてのルールは守りますが、塚口校においてたいていのことは私が決められます。

他スミス英会話スクールオーナー講師と協力

スクールの責任者でいられることが好きですが、他スミス英会話スクールのオーナー講師と協力してスミス英会話全体にプラスになる新しいプロジェクトを進めることも好きです。そして、彼らはアドバイスが欲しい時にいつでも力になってくれます。スミス英会話の一員でいられることにはこのような利点もあります。

塚口校への電話や無料体験レッスン予約は全て、スミス英会話の本部が取ってくれます。これにより私は英語を教えることに集中することができますし、本部のスタッフは英語を話すのでコミュニケーションも簡単に取ることができます。何か問題が起きても、彼らが英語を話すおかげでスムーズに解決できます。
