２０１２年 スミス英会話塚口校 新年会
This year the Smith's School of English Tsukaguchi New Year event was held on February 26. As always, it was held at YAMATO, a Japanese restaurant located in the same building as my English conversation (英会話) school in Tsukaguchi, Amagasaki, Hyogo Prefecture. Six people attended this event: some students, my wife, my daughter and I. As always, the food at this Japanese restaurant in Tsukaguchi was delicious. I always let the owner of YAMATO choose the dishes for our course meal and he does a great job. One of the students who attended the event has a house in Hawaii so Hawaii was the main topic of conversation. In English, I asked students what their New Year's resolution was and they told everybody their New Year resolution/resolutions. We had a great time!
スミス英会話塚口校の今年の新年会は２月２６日に開催されました。
例年の通り、私の英会話スクール（兵庫県尼崎市塚口）と同じビルの中にある“ＹＡＭＡＴＯ”という和風レストランでの開催でした。 生徒さん、私の妻と娘、そして私の６名が参加しました。 いつものようにこの和風レストランのお料理は美味しかったです。 私はずっとＹＡＭＡＴＯのご主人が作る“おまかせ料理”をコースにしてもらって楽しんでいるのですが、今年も彼の腕前はたいしたものでした。<笑>
参加してくれた生徒さんの１人がハワイに別荘を持っているので、この日の話題はもっぱらハワイに集中しました。 「年頭にあたり何か決意しましたか？」と英語で聞いてみたところ、生徒さんたちは今年の抱負や目標を話してくれました。 みんなで本当に楽しい時間を過ごしました！
