私は日本に25年以上住んでいて47都道府県のうち38県へドライブ旅行をしました。日本の田舎は驚くほどに広大で、治安もよくとても整備されています。ヨウコと私は、広大な自然と地域に根付く文化の両方を持ち記憶に残るこの素晴らしい田舎から車で1時間の距離に住めていることを幸運だと思っています。

A Beautiful Road Trip in Japan Part 1 : Northern Kyōto Seaside

Hello again from Kotoen, Nishinomiya! This is Martin here. I'm the proud operator of Smith's School of English Kotoen and would like to share with you a favorite hobby my wife Yoko and I share.
I've lived in Japan for over 25 years and have driven to 38 of its 47 prefectures. The Japan countryside is surprisingly vast, safe and well organized. Yoko and I feel lucky to live within an hour's drive of some amazing country, places memorable both for widespread nature and for local cultural heritage.
A Drive Around Northern Kyoto Prefecture
Kyoto City and Kyoto Prefecture are rich with heritage and should be on everyone's bucket list. A drive around northern Kyoto Prefecture really opens your eyes to an interesting blend of modern and ancient values. The sustainable agriculture evident everywhere beautifully coexists with natural surroundings and centuries-old villages like Ine-cho and Kumihama-cho.
English Lessons with a Domestic Focus
